How big of a difference will I see in my student’s performance?

However, it is important to note that this is dependent on the student, the programing, and background entry scores and course completion competencies in Math and English/ Language Arts . Our goal is to provide an environment that motivates our students to be proactive in their learning, and to provide them with tools that will increase their learning outside of scheduled classes. The benefit of our programming is not just limited to the tutoring sessions. All of our tutoring programs have three main components:

  1. Tutoring sessions (guided by your personal tutor)

  2. Routine scheduled independent learning sessions (for the student to get through all the assignments, section exams and lessons to stay ahead of the preparation process).

  3. Mock exams- practice, practice, practice exams to help further recognize testing patterns and mastery of concepts, skills and strategies.

FAQ image

My student has had mental health issues in the past. Are you able to help us and how?

At Sapneil Tutoring, we recognize the importance of addressing mental health concerns as part of a student's overall well-being and academic success. We strive to make tutoring as stress-free as possible and are committed to providing a supportive and understanding environment for all students. Our tutors are trained to recognize stress and promote mental well-being, our tutoring is designed to be tailored for students regardless of background.

What is the Sapneil Tutoring Process?

The Sapneil tutoring process is a highly individualized process that presents something different for each student. Generally, we do a diagnostic test to evaluate our student’s current skills and study methodology. This diagnostic test is the core of what we do followed by our custom Mindprint Sapneil Tutoring software which is a short cognitive exam which associates learning science tools for optimal standardized test performance.  We focus on our student’s weaknesses and deliberately create a challenging test under much stricter conditions than the actual test. Through this method, when it comes to the actual exam, students excel and oftentimes find themselves with extra time to review their responses.  We provide students mock exams, under actual testing conditions and also accommodate students for extended timing circumstances.

How are your tutors different from other companies?

Many tutoring companies are large companies advertising tutors who have scored perfect scores but our philosophy focuses more on the teaching, learning science, confidence building and overall curiosity for learning and mastering test-taking skills. All of our tutors have had some kind of experience in the past teaching, and many are involved with the community,  leadership roles and have a vast experience of what to do  and what not to do when it comes to preparing for standardized exams. Our tutors not only serve as valuable guides for students, but mentors and role models as they enter college/ university.

What is the difference between in-person and virtual tutoring?

In-Person Tutoring: Conducted at a physical location such as our tutoring center, your home, or a local library. Offers face-to-face interaction with the tutor.

Virtual Tutoring: Conducted online through video conferencing platforms. Provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to learn from any location with an internet connection.

How flexible are your tutoring hours?

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your other commitments and activities. Many of our tutors are either young professionals or students so their schedule actually lines up with local students. We can arrange sessions at various times, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. If your availability changes, we are happy to adjust your schedule as needed.

How are tutors selected and matched with students?

Our tutors are carefully vetted based on their qualifications, experience, and expertise in the subject matter. A big part of our hiring process is evaluating their ability to teach and communicate ideas. A perfect-scoring tutor is worthless to us if they cannot teach. We match students based on academic needs, personality, and preferences. You may request a different tutor if needed.

What should I expect during the first tutoring session?

The first session typically involves an initial assessment to determine your current level, strengths, and areas for improvement. One thing that we do as well is a study technique evaluation. We will evaluate the student’s methods of studying and provide recommendations to benefit the student outside of scheduled lessons. The tutor will work with you to set specific goals and develop a personalized study plan. It’s also an opportunity to discuss any concerns or preferences you may have.

How is progress monitored and communicated?

We value transparency, like any other mission-driven company.  We regularly review your progress through feedback from your tutor and periodic assessments. Open and honest communication between you, your tutor, and our support team is vital to ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and that your goals are being met.

What materials or resources are provided?

Depending on your tutoring package, we provide access to a range of materials, including textbooks, practice exercises, online resources, and interactive tools. For test preparation, we also offer practice tests and review materials from our trusted licensing partners.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that unexpected events can occur. You can cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours advance notice. Our policy details vary by package, so please consult with our support team for specific guidelines related to your plan.

Are there any discounts or packages available?

Please contact us to discuss the options available and find the best package to suit your needs.

How do I provide feedback about my tutoring experience?

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experiences with us. You can provide feedback directly to your tutor, contact our support team, or use our online feedback form or leave us a review on google : https://reviews.sapneiltutoring.com/ Your input helps us continuously improve our services.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my tutor?

If you’re not satisfied with your tutor for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if needed, arrange for a different tutor who better meets your needs.

Is there a way to try a session before committing?

We understand that it can be daunting to make a commitment as large as education. We offer a 15 minute trial session or initial consultation : https://link.sapneiltutoring.com/widget/bookings/sapneil_tutoring to help you gauge if our tutoring approach aligns with your needs and expectations. We also have payment plans by session. This allows you to experience our teaching style and determine if it’s a good fit for you.

How do I contact you if I have further questions?

You can contact our support team through our website’s contact form, by phone, or by email. We’re here to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.  Feel free to reach out to us at 1-888-509-1067 or by email at [email protected] if you have any other questions or need further information. We’re here to help you achieve your academic goals and ensure a positive tutoring experience.

How big of a difference will I see in my student’s performance?

For the Digital ACT & SAT, we see an improvement anywhere from 150 to 450 points and 4.5 points on the ACT.
